❶ Prepare the Cheesecake LayerPreheat oven to 325°F (163°C).Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and grease it.Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.Mix in vanilla and sour cream until fully combined.Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45–50 minutes.Let it cool completely, then freeze for easier assembly.❷ Prepare the Strawberry CakePreheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Grease and line two 9-inch cake pans.Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.Stir in vanilla, then alternate adding flour mixture and milk, mixing until combined.Fold in strawberry puree until fully incorporated.Divide batter evenly into pans and bake for 25–30 minutes.Let cakes cool completely.❸ Prepare the FrostingBeat butter until creamy, then gradually add powdered sugar.Mix in strawberry puree and vanilla extract until smooth.❹ Assemble the CakePlace one strawberry cake layer on a serving plate.Add the cheesecake layer on top.Place the second strawberry cake layer on top of the cheesecake.Frost the cake with strawberry frosting and decorate as desired.Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
