Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning or homemade seasoning
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • ½ cup water
  • 8 small taco shells
  • Toppings: shredded lettuce diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa

Instructions

  • ❶ Cook the Ground Beef
    In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
    Break it apart with a spoon while cooking.
    Drain excess fat, if necessary.
    ❷ Cook the Onion
    Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
    ❸ Add Taco Seasoning
    Stir in the taco seasoning and water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
    ❹ Warm the Taco Shells
    Warm the taco shells in the oven as per the package instructions.
    ❺ Assemble the Tacos
    Assemble tacos by spooning the beef mixture into the shells and adding your favorite toppings.
