Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup zucchini diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • ❶ Heat Olive Oil
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    ❷ Sauté Onion and Garlic
    Add diced onion and garlic; sauté until softened (about 3 minutes).
    ❸ Cook Ground Turkey
    Add ground turkey, breaking it up with a spoon; cook until browned and fully cooked (about 7–8 minutes).
    ❹ Add Vegetables
    Stir in zucchini and bell pepper; cook for another 3–4 minutes until tender.
    ❺ Season
    Add chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper; mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
    ❻ Adjust Seasoning
    Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
    ❼ Serve
    Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
