Ingredients
  

  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 apple cored
  • 1 orange peeled
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1- inch piece of ginger
  • ½ lemon peeled
  • Optional: A handful of spinach or kale for extra greens

Instructions

  • ❶ Wash All Ingredients
    Wash the orange, lemon, carrot, and cucumber thoroughly.
    ❷ Prepare the Ingredients
    Peel the orange and lemon, and cut the carrot and cucumber into smaller pieces to fit into your juicer or blender.
    ❸ Juice or Blend
    Juice or blend the ingredients together until smooth.
    ❹ Serve
    Pour into glasses, stir if necessary, and enjoy immediately!
