Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey lean
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  • ❶ Heat Olive Oil
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium heat.
    ❷ Sauté Onion and Garlic
    Add onion and garlic, sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
    ❸ Cook Ground Turkey
    Add ground turkey, cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
    ❹ Add Vegetables and Seasonings
    Stir in bell pepper, zucchini, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
    ❺ Cook Until Tender
    Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and turkey is fully cooked.
    ❻ Adjust Seasonings
    Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
    ❼ Serve
    Serve warm.
