Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp stevia or monk fruit sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk or any plant-based milk

Instructions

  • ❶ Preheat Oven
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
    ❷ Mix Dry Ingredients
    In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and salt.
    ❸ Add Wet Ingredients
    Add melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond milk to the dry ingredients.
    Stir until a smooth dough forms.
    ❹ Press Dough into Pan
    Press the dough into the prepared pan evenly.
    ❺ Bake
    Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

    Let cool before cutting into squares or bars.
