Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices of brioche bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup whole milk or heavy cream for richness
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon optional
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp butter for cooking
  • Maple syrup powdered sugar, fresh berries (for serving)

Instructions

  • ❶ Prepare the Egg Mixture

    Eggs, Milk, Sugar, Vanilla extract, Cinnamon, Salt.
