Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey lean
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  • ❶ Prepare Ingredients
    Dice the onion and mince the garlic. Slice the zucchini into rounds or half-moons, depending on your preference.
    ❷ Cook Ground Turkey
    Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
    ❸ Sauté Aromatics
    Once the turkey is cooked through, add the diced onions and garlic to the pan. Stir occasionally and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until the onions are softened and fragrant.
    ❹ Add Zucchini
    Add the sliced zucchini to the pan and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until tender but still slightly crisp.
    ❺ Season
    Stir in the soy sauce and optional crushed red pepper flakes. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
    ❻ Serve
    Once everything is cooked and well-mixed, remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy your healthy, flavorful dish!
