Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices of brioche bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon optional
  • Butter for frying
  • Toppings e.g., maple syrup, powdered sugar, fresh berries, or whipped cream

Instructions

  • ❶ Prepare the Batter
    In a shallow dish, whisk together:
    Eggs, Milk, Sugar, Vanilla extract, Cinnamon, Salt,
    Whisk until well combined.
    ❷ Dip the Bread
    Dip each slice of brioche into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side.
    ❸ Cook the Toast
    Heat butter in a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
    Cook each slice for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and slightly crispy.
    ❹ Serve
    Remove from heat and serve immediately with:
    Maple syrup, Powdered sugar, Fresh berries
